Adventure of Life...

Song of the moment: Hirano Aya - Bouken Desho Desho? (Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu OP Theme)

Kotae wa itsumo watashi no mune ni...

Nande daro anata wo eranda watashi desu
Mou tomaranai unmei sama kara kimerareta kedo
I believe mane dake ja tsumaranai no
You'll be right!
Kanjiru mama kanjiru koto dake wo suru yo

(The answer is always in my heart...

Why did I? I ask myself why I chose you.
I can't stop. It's all been decided by fate.
But I believe imitating is boring.
You'll be right!
I'll do what I feel like the way I want to.)
Bouken Desho Desho? by Hirano Aya

Haha...it's as if I am blogging like once a month nowadays, which is kind of ironic considering that I have more free time now compared to 6-8 months back when I was still a trainee back in Tekong and later, Mowbray.

Since this was my long weekend for the current duty forecast, I took the chance to so called end my long weekend on a 'high'. Stayed back in church till post jamming/Bay spring cleaning and went out with the gang to go eat Botak Jones at AMK. It was a great chance for me to catch up on the latest church gossip news. Learned quite a few new things today, so it definitely wasn't a wasted trip (well, of course there was another person reason why...).

Dinner at Botak Jones was pretty good. One of the best hawker westerns I've ever eaten. My main gripes though, was the long waiting time (45 minutes ++) and the lack of ventilation (Maybe it was the location of our table? Who knows?). I enjoyed my dinner nonetheless and would probably go there again if I had the chance.

Honestly, I do wonder...what kind of life I would be leading if I never met you. Truth be told, I don't know and I never want to know. Because I would never ever regret meeting you, whatever the circumstances. Perhaps, my only regret would be that I never met you earlier. Would things have been different? Probably, but we would never know would we. I think Andy and Jonathan are right, you've got to take a stand on this. It's time to stop procrastinating and such and take the initiative to change the situation. As Andy says, come August, "...half the battle is lost.". Maybe I...
